元朝末年，武当弟子张翠山与天鹰教教主之女殷素素因卷入到屠龙刀的争夺之中，与金毛狮王谢逊一起漂流到海上荒岛。张与殷二人结合生子，取名无忌。十年后，张翠山与妻子回归中土，却因与屠龙刀的瓜葛，双双被逼自刎，只留下孤儿张无忌。机缘巧合，张无忌练成了绝世武功，并救明教于危亡，被推举为教主。元郡主赵敏在与明教交锋的几个回合后，恋上张无忌，并为了他最终放弃郡主之名，与父兄决裂。除了赵敏之外，张无忌与峨嵋派周芷若、表妹殷离和波斯圣女小昭也都有千丝万缕的爱意。周芷若首先知道了倚天剑和屠龙刀的秘密：刀剑之中所藏的，乃是武功秘籍的……。老汉志成在集市上卖了一头牛，转眼钱被偷了，只得去保安，回家后村长让志成给派出所所长送礼，反复送了几次，所长都拒绝了。几天之后，所长把被偷的钱还给志成，老汉对着所长千恩万谢。。A Japanese ghost story adapted from Hearn's "Yuki-Onna"(Kwaidan). Two woodcutters, an old man and his young apprentice, Minokichi get trapped in a snowstorm in the forest and take refuge in a hut.
