这是和原来不同的假面骑士历史。1973年2月10日，和邪恶组织修卡抗争的假面骑士1号和假面骑士2号面前，出现了修卡制造的最强的战士假面骑士3号。1号和2号被3号轻松打倒，修卡成功征服世界。
