该剧改编自同名网漫，讲述了从小备受儒家思想熏陶、城山村出身的铁壁男弟子申润福（金明洙饰）和只知道主动的现代女老师金弘道（李裕英饰）之间的正式防御浪漫爱情喜剧。 金明洙饰演家族世代韩国地位高则责任重的申润福，他对自己非常严格，是一名不会随便对待任何人的高尚书生。 李裕英饰演在竞争激烈的设计界打拼的金弘道，因一无所有、没有背景而经常被无视，却不放弃设计师梦想的直进女。。弱井幸之助在新宿市中心的一条后巷经营一家小型精神病诊所。通过仔细聆听患者的心声、耐心面对患者的症状，弱井医生诊断出其他医生未能识别的疾病，给患者带来了希望。第一次在精神科工作的护士雨宫由里，通过不断观察弱井的工作，对精神科治疗愈发着迷。然而，雨宫并不知道弱井也有着悲惨的过去——。Love Island involves a group of contestants, referred to as Islanders, living in isolation from the outside world in a villa in Mallorca, constantly under video surveillance.
